great for fun i screwed this onto my 18-55 from my rebel xs and got some decent shots for the effect. but when it came down to it i knew when i purchased it this was only to hold me over for the next few months until i can afford something that can deliver what i need. Sigma 12-24mm f/4.5-5.6 EX DG IF HSM Aspherical Ultra Wide Angle Zoom Lens for Canon SLR Cameras because i have needs. i experience a pretty noticeable amount of distortion on the outer edges of the shot nothing that cant be cropped out or ignored. also great to use if you want to add that certain "character" to your shot & yet making it seem intentional. or if youre debating whether or not to add a wide angle lens to your collection try this out first? i think its really fun to unscrew this off my camera & watch peoples faces through it. whoa. seller was excellent fast shipping & all that good stuff.
Doesnt fit
Bought it and tried to put it on my camera and it doesnt fit. Someone said I need to buy another lense to put this onto it. Why didnt they tell me that in the first place
Dont be fooled by the Name..
It says that its a Wide Angle Panoramic Macro FISHEYE Lens.. but when i received mine it was "semi-fisheye". Im kinda disappointed about it. but over all the Wide Angle takes really nice pictures.
